Refund policy


The buyer is entitled to a refund if s/he does not achieve visible results with our personalized meal plan and all of the following conditions are met:

  • The buyer contacts us within 30 days since purchasing our personalized meal plan;
  • The buyer has followed our customized meal plan for at least 10 consecutive days within the first 30 days since purchase;
  • The buyer is able to demonstrate that s/he followed the individual meal plan as stated in the requirements listed below in the ” Rules for demonstrating that the buyer followed the plan” section.

The buyer’s application will be reviewed and the buyer will be notified (by email) as to whether it has been approved. If the application is approved, the funds will be returned to the buyer’s account within 14 days.

Rules for demonstrating that the buyer followed the plan

The following conditions must be met:

  • providing photos and/or videos of meals prepared by the buyer according to the individual meal plan purchased by him/her;
  • meals were prepared according to our recipes included in the individual meal plan;
  • photos/videos should show at least 15 meals from the buyer’s individual meal plan.


Please note that only by meeting the above requirements will you be eligible for a full refund in accordance with this “Refund Policy”. For clarity, the above-mentioned refund conditions do not apply to any other event, including but not limited to the following:

  • some ingredients from the buyer’s personalized meal plan are not available where s\he lives;
  •  According to the buyer:
    1. s/he does not have enough time to cook the meals included in the individual meal plan;
    2. s/he is not skilled enough to prepare some meals.
  • The buyer does not have the utensils or equipment required to prepare meals included in the individual meal plan.

This refund policy is effective from the moment you accept it. This refund policy is incorporated into and regulated by the Terms of Use, unless otherwise stated.
